I'm surprised to read that you haven't updated windows for so long.
If you had been following the forum, you would have noticed that we haven't used WuMgr for a long time as we now have the solution to make IncrediMail work despite the "killer" updates.
In summary, I advise you:
----- remove WuMgr from your computer
------ to pass ALL Windows updates
------ then, if IncrediMail no longer works, give me your Team Viewer username and password by private message (MP button below) I will connect to your computer to help you.
