One of your mods, Marika (Saskia) knows me Tommy and said to contact you for help.
I have installed IM a few years back and still have the goodies from your wonderful site but alas I do not have the PATCH.exe which I believe I will need.
I have been using IM for years of course, and just yesterday(?) my Letter Creator came up in the Demo Mode saying "Your trial period has run out".
I have the IM 2.5 running fine, no problems with it. Just a problem with LC.
If I need to go back to 2.0, which I thought I was on, I believe LC was working with it. Maybe I accidentally changed it to 2.5?? I don't know.
So I am almost ready I believe to remove this IM 2.5 and go back to IM 2.0 to get my Letter Creator working once again. Maybe I can do it with a download link for the PATCH.exe ?

If I understand your problem correctly, you are using version 2.5 and for a few days, your Letter Creator has no longer worked.
In this case, you can apply our patch.exe which will return you the Premium and Letter Creator version.
All the necessary files and all the procedures are described on the forum and on my site (link in my signature, --in red-- below)
If you can't do it, contact me by private message; (MP button below) I will do it for you using the Team Viewer software. if you choose this option, read the explanations on this subject: team-viewer-it-s-not-over-team-viewer-le-tutoriel-t41904.html

Well thanks but I messed up. I lost use of my download folder, when I try to open it it just sits there blank saying 'working on it'. Geesh lol
I deleted my Incredimail and though well may as well try a fresh install of 2.0 but I am no making any headway on that. I know time is probably running late for you and Incredimail was my only email on my computer to get/send messages other than going online to get them there so hmm. Its about 6:45 am here.. want to set up an appointment time with me. Geesh. What do you think. I believe I'll let you have a go at it if that is still ok sir.
I will still check my mail on line so you can still write me there of course.
Meanwhile I'm going to try to see if I can get my download folder functioning again. My bad I'm sure. Then time to sleep in a in about an hour. Maybe we can be at it again tomorrow.

Ok, got my downloads folder back and working fine. Time to get some sleep here. I'll check my mail after a good days sleep.. maybe you will be on about the same time again and I can turn my puter over to you and let you work your magic.

Hooty, don't try anything if you aren't sure, it will be a lot more complicated then. Tommy will do it whithin 15mn if something is clean. Just be patient is my advice.... He'll read you soon
