Oh, no, not again! When I try to open an e-mail it's blank. What have I done? I restarted IM but it's still not working. I get an error message; Runtime Error! Program: C:/Program Files (x86)/Incredimail/Bin/ImApp.exe This app has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

Never mind. I restarted my computer and it's working now. Hmmm...🙄 Happy I didn't have to take up any of your time!

Just make sure you clean your Incredimail from time to time Coleen. With all the messages coming through groups, that can happen when it's too full
