I assume that all the files you are talking about have been placed in the "Libraries" (Documents, Pictures, music videos, downloads) if this is the case, you just need to copy/paste these files to a USB key with sufficient capacity, or, better, to an external hard drive that will then be very easy to reintegrate to your new internal hard drive. If I understand correctly, you have already backed up everything related to IncrediMail, including your "papers", but I advise you to read this topic written by Saskia, which specifies everything that needs to be done on this subject:
