I just want to leave a message of gratitude for Tommy. I know I have said this before but the fact that he is always there when needed is priceless! I just got a new PC with WIN 11 and I was so scared because I did not think I could use my IM on it or even be able to install my fav plugins.

I did PM Tommy instead of sending a message here, to which he answered right away saying " I will be here when you're ready" now that to me is without a question surprising. He is always ready to help us without even thinking about it. He knows IM is important to us that use it and he is willing to fix our issues with no compensation whatsoever.

Yes, I know sometimes it is hard to trust people we don't know and I am like that also. But with Tommy, I feel safe. He PM's you to make sure you are at your computer. He goes in and does what needs to be done and then he lets you know what he is doing thru it all. So yes, I feel safe.

I believe Tommy has a great team here at Incrredissimo and I am grateful for that. Remember to spread the word to others that are having trouble with IM.

Again Tommy, thank you so much for your help in resolving my issue!
